You the customer, no longer have to bring your computer into our location, or wait for us to send a tech out to your location.

For us here at Antrim Computers, we are able to assist you on a more timely basis as well. We can help solve many problems with our new remote assistance service.

With this new service we will also be offering a new preventative maintenance plan as well. Just like with cars, computers too should have some preventative maintenance performed on them in order to reduce more expensive repairs in the future.

  Viruses can come into your system, for example, a month or more before you know you have them or before your anti-virus software picks up on them. In some cases this may be too late to easily fix the problem.

  Most big problems can be prevented with some routine maintenance. Most people do not do this because they either don't know how or they don't have the time. This is where we come in. We will be able to remote into your computer at a time and day specified by you to perform these tasks. We will do this on a monthly basis.
